Kootstertille er en landsby i kommunen Achtkarspelen i den hollandske provins Friesland. Selvom det frygiske navn officielt er Koatstertille, bruges navnet De Tille ofte i daglig tale. Landsbyen ligger i den østlige del af Friesland, cirka 15 kilometer nord for Drachten, mellem Twijzel og Drogeham. Kootstertille havde 2.425 indbyggere i 2021. Under landsbyen hører også de småsamfund De Kooten, Monniketille og Opperkooten.
