Milsbeek er en lille by i den yderste nordlige del af Limburg i Nederland, himmelbredt 15 kilometer syd for Nijmegen. Det er en del af kommunen Gennep og havde den 1. januar 2021 2.800 indbyggere. Ved Milsbeek løber floden Niers ud i Maas. Landsbyen Milsbeek får sit navn fra en bæk med rustbrunt vand, der stammer fra et vådområde. Mil betyder også rustfarvet vand. I dag kaldes bækken Kroonbeek.
