Posterholt er en landsby i den nederlandske provins Limburg, beliggende omkring 10 kilometer sydøst for byen Roermond og ved den tyske grænse. Med cirka 3.930 indbyggere er det den næststørste by i kommunen Roerdalen. Den mellem-limburgske by var indtil 1991 også en selvstændig kommune. Før den franske tid dannede Posterholt sammen med nabobyen Vlodrop en skatteforvaltning.
