Roertunnelen er en landtunnel i Rijksvej 73. Tunnelen blev åbnet for trafik den 18. februar 2008. Det var med 2450 meter fra åbningen i 2008 den længste landtunnel for biltrafik i Nederlandene, den siden juli 2020 åbnede Gaasperdammertunnel er med en længde på 3 kilometer den længste landtunnel for biltrafik i Nederlandene. Roertunnelen består af to tunnelrør, adskilt af en nødgang. I tunnelen gælder en hastighedsgrænse på 100 km/t. Tunnelrørene er udstyret med et fjernbetjent slukningssystem.
