Rådhuset i Oudewater blev bygget i 1588 af Pieter Gerritsz Paemburch. Rådhuset ligger på Visbrug i Oudewater. Den murstensbygning med naturstenbånd og trapgevel er bygget i 1588, efter at det tidligere rådhus på samme sted blev alvorligt beskadiget under Oudewater-mordet. Det nuværende rådhus blev bygget på fundamentet af denne forgænger. På første sal findes den tidligere Vierschaar, som fungerede indtil 1811. Desuden findes på denne etage det tidligere rådhus og borgmesterkontoret. Anden sal blev brugt af det kommunale apparat. På taget findes en klokketårn med klokke af Pierre Hemony fra 1699, som blev brugt til at annoncere byrådsmøder og retssager. På skorstenen findes det ældste dokumenterede storke rede i Nederlandene.
