Beneluxtunnelen er en 1300 meter lang kystunnel under Nieuwe Maas i Rotterdam og Schiedam for motorkøretøjer, cyklister og Rotterdam metro. Den består af flere tunnelrør, der forbinder Vlaardingen og Schiedam med Hoogvliet. I 1960'erne var der stor behov for flere kystforbindelser end Maastunnelen og de forskellige færger, hvilket førte til ruten omkring Rotterdam. Den østlige overkørsel af Maas har siden 1964 været betjent af Van Brienenoordbroen, og den vestlige har siden 1967 været serviceret af den første Beneluxtunnel.
