Kirken for Vor Frue af Evig Håndsrækning var en romersk-katolsk kirke på Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat i Woensel-kvarteret i Eindhoven.
Kirken blev bygget og indviet i perioden 1930-1931 til Vor Frue af Evig Håndsrækning. I 1972 blev den frataget sin gudstjeneste og kort tid efter omdannet til et børnespillepalads. I midten af 1990'erne blev stedet opkøbt af Fontys Hogescholen, hvorefter den tidligere kirke og den tilhørende præstegård blev revet ned.
