Zuidermeer er en landsby og højland i kommunen Koggenland i den nederlandske provins Nord-Holland. Landsbyen har 545 indbyggere. Zuidermeer ligger sydvest for Wognum og nordvest for Bobeldijk. Under landsbyen hører også formelt de kvarterer Noordermeer og Baarsdorpermeer. Sidstnævnte har faktisk siden 1990'erne stort set været en del af boligområdet i landsbyen. Zuidermeer hørte indtil 1. januar 1979 under byen og kommunen Berkhout. Fra 1979 til 2007 tilhørte den kommunen Wester-Koggenland, som kommunen Berkhout var blevet en del af.
