Tuitjenhorn er en landsby i Schagen kommune, i Nord-Holland provinsen. Det grænser op til Warmenhuizen og er en landbrugslandsby. I byen stod kommunehuset for den nedlagte kommune Harenkarspel, som blev nedlagt den 1. januar 2013. Landsbyen havde i 2021 cirka 3.760 indbyggere. Landsbyen Tuitjenhorn stammer allerede fra middelalderen. Man boede på den nu stadig eksisterende dige med vejen foran. Tuitjenhorn, sammen med bebyggelsen Zijbelhuizen, er gennem århundrederne blevet større end hovedlandsbyen Heringcarspel/Haringkarspel, det nuværende Kirkebyg.
