Maastricht ; Limburgs: Mestreech [məˈstʀeːç]; Frans: Maestricht ; Spaans: Mastrique ) er en by og en kommune i den sydøstlige del af Nederlandene. Det er hovedstaden og den største by i provinsen Limburg. Maastricht ligger på begge sider af Maas, på det punkt hvor Jeker kommer til. Sint-Pietersberg ligger for det meste inden for kommunens grænser. Maastricht ligger cirka 175 km sydøst for hovedstaden Amsterdam og 65 km fra Eindhoven; det grænser op til Belgien og indgår i Euroregion Maas-Rijn, en international metropol med en befolkning på cirka 3,9 millioner, som inkluderer de nærliggende tyske og belgiske byer Aachen, Liège og Hasselt.
