Efter 10 km passerer du den smukke aspargesmark. På vej tilbage vandrer du langs den mere end to hundrede år gamle postvej til udgangspunktet nær det tidligere fransk-bataviske armelejr (1804–1808), som lå nord for den nuværende N224 ved Austerlitz. Ved en af seværdighederne beskrives historien om Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
