Altmark-incidentet var en kamp under Anden Verdenskrig mellem Det Forenede Kongerige og Nazi-Tyskland, der fandt sted den 16. februar 1940 i de dengang neutrale norske farvande.
Altmark, et tysk forsyningsskib, var i februar 1940 på vej tilbage til Tyskland fra Sydatlanten med 299 britiske sømænd om bord. Disse var blevet hentet fra skibe, der var blevet sænket af den tunge krydser Graf Spee, som selv blev sænket efter Slaget ved Rio de la Plata i december 1939. Det var den sidste store boarding, der blev udført af Royal Navy.
