Rio Dão er en portugisisk flod, der har sit udspring i plateauområderne i Trancoso-Aguiar da Beira i Eirado sogn, Aguiar da Beira Kommune, Guarda Distrikt, og varierer mellem 714 og 757 meter over havets overflade.
Den flyder generelt i en nordøst-sydvestlig retning, passerer gennem Barragem de Fagilde og krydser eller afgrænser grænserne for kommunerne Aguiar da Beira, Penalva do Castelo, Mangualde, Viseu, Carregal do Sal, Nelas, Tondela og Santa Comba Dão. Den munder ud i Mondego-floden, ved grænserne for kommunerne Santa Comba Dão, Mortágua og Penacova, efter at have tilbagelagt cirka 100 kilometer.
