Wells Fargo Center er en skyskraber i centrum af Seattle. Skyskraberen har 53 etager, hvoraf seks er under jorden, og den er 174,96 meter høj. Dermed er Wells Fargo Center det syvende højeste bygning i Seattle. Byggeriet blev afsluttet i 1983, og dengang var Equity Office Properties Trust ejeren. Kontorbygningen er bygget i moderne stil og i international stil og har et gulvareal på 91.400 m². Wells Fargo Center har også en parkeringsgarage med 668 parkeringspladser og indeholder 24 elevatorer.
Før skyskraberen stod her, stod der American Savings Bank og Olympic National Building på dette sted.
