Rincon Island er en lille 2,3 hektar kunstig ø beliggende ud for Rincon Beach i Ventura County, Californien på offentligt land lejet fra California State Lands Commission. Øen ligger cirka 3.000 fod offshore i 55 fod vand. Øen blev bygget i 1958 med det specifikke formål at bore efter olie og gas. Den er nær kystsamfundene Mussel Shoals og La Conchita. Øen er forbundet med fastlandet via Richfield Pier.
Rincon-bassinets ejendomme dækker cirka 1.700 mineral hektar, herunder en 2,3 hektar ø forbundet med land med en 2.700 fod lang dæmning, der indeholder gas- og olieledninger og letter køretøjsadgang. Greka Energy, det olieproduktionsfirma, der i øjeblikket opererer på stedet, har stået over for adskillige sikkerheds- og tilladelsesovertrædelser.
