Das alte Tollhaus am Jan van Eyckplatz in der belgischen Stadt Brügge besteht aus verschiedenen Gebäuden: dem Eckhaus "Das Heilige Grab", dem Pijndershäuschen, dem eigentlichen Tollhaus und dem Haus "Das Wieselchen".
Das eigentliche Tollhaus befindet sich hinter der Natursteingiebel. Dieses Gebäude war ursprünglich ein geräumiges Kaufmannshaus aus dem Beginn des 13. Jahrhunderts. Das Viertel entwickelte sich damals zu einem Handelszentrum rund um den sich bildenden Hafen. Die Schiffe gelangten über die Langerei und die Spiegelrei nach Brügge. Für Händler war dies der ideale Ort, um Wohnhäuser mit geräumigen Lagerräumen zu errichten. Vermutlich im frühen 14. Jahrhundert fand das Büro des Großen Zolls dort Unterschlupf.
