Die Chefna ist ein Zufluss der Amblève. Sie entspringt in Ville-au-Bois und mündet bei Ferme de Quarreux.

Früher wurde im Flusswasser nach Gold gesucht. Am rechten Ufer liegen die Schachtanlagen einer primitiven Goldmine aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, aber heutzutage ist davon nicht mehr viel zu sehen.
