Koudekot hat 3 Sorten Trauben angepflanzt, alle blaue Sorten mit dem gemeinsamen typischen Merkmal, dass sie früh reif sind. Ein Muss, um qualitativ hochwertige stille Weine in unserem nordlichen Klima garantieren zu können. Mit 2 dieser Sorten kann neben Rot- und Roséwein auch Weißwein hergestellt werden, nämlich der “Blanc de Bleu” vom Blauen Zweigelt und der “Blanc de Noir” vom Fruhburgunder, auch frühe Pinot Noir genannt. Darüber hinaus produziert Koudekot mit “Nouternaar” auch ein regionales Produkt auf Apfelbasis.
Nach einer Führung durch den Weinberg durch den Weinbauer selbst, bei der auch die Geschichte des Weinbaus im Heuvelland erläutert wird, besuchen Sie den Vinifikationsraum. Danach können Sie 5 verschiedene Weine probieren.
