Der Lukmanierpass verbindet die Kantone Graubünden (Disentis/Mustér) und Tessin (Biasca). Der Pass ist 1.914 m hoch und die Passlänge beträgt 65 km. Der Pass ist die Trennung zwischen dem rätoromanischen und dem italienischen Sprachraum. Der Passo del Lucomagno leitet sich vom lateinischen "Lucus magnus" ab, was so viel wie großer Wald bedeutet. Der Naturpark Lukmanierpass ist geprägt von Alpwiesen, Sümpfen und Nadelwäldern mit Arven und Lärche.
