Güsten ist eine Kleinstadt in der Verbandsgemeinde Saale-Wipper im Salzlandkreis in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Der Ort liegt nordöstlich von Aschersleben auf halber Strecke zwischen Bernburg und Aschersleben im Tal der Wipper kurz vor deren Mündung in die Saale. Durch Güsten fließt auch die Liethe, ein Abzweig der Wipper, der in die Bode mündet.
