Hallschlag ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Vulkaneifel in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört zur Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein.
Die Gemeinde liegt zwischen 490 und 640 m ü. NHN im Rheinischen Schiefergebirge, in der westlichen Hocheifel im oberen Kylltal. Der Ort liegt in einer Talmulde und ist eingebettet in die Landschaft der Mitteleifel. Hallschlag gehört zum Erholungsgebiet Oberes Kylltal. Drei Kilometer westlich befindet sich die belgische Grenze. Die Gemarkung grenzt im Westen, Norden und Osten an Nordrhein-Westfalen.
