Der Weltersbach ist ein 8,4 km langer, orografisch linker Nebenfluss der Wupper in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland.
Der Weltersbach entspringt im Norden von Witzhelden auf einer Höhe von 214 m ü. NN. Von hier aus fließt er vorrangig Richtung Westsüdwest. Er durchfließt die Ortschaften Krähwinkel, Unterbüscherhof und Weltersbach. Im anschließenden Abschnitt durchfließt der Bach das Naturschutzgebiet Weltersbachtal. Nördlich von Junkersholz münden rechtsseitig der Grünscheider Bach und der Roderbach. Am südöstlichen Ortsrand vom Leichlinger Hauptort mündet ebenfalls rechtsseitig der Schmerbach. Gut 1 km flussabwärts mündet der Weltersbach am südlichen Ortsrand von Leichlingen auf 55 m ü. NN in die Wupper.
