Das Ulstrup Schloss ist ein Herrenhaus in der kleinen Stadt Ulstrup, 20 Kilometer südwestlich von Randers, im Westen Dänemarks.
Die Geschichte des Ulstrup Schlosses reicht bis zum Ende des 14. Jahrhunderts zurück, als es Jens Brandsen gehörte. Zu den späteren Eigentümern gehört Königin Margarete I., aber das ursprüngliche Haus verschwand später und Ulstrup existierte weiterhin als Dorf. Es wurde 1579 von dem geheimen Rat Christen Skeel erworben und aufgelöst, um Platz für sein neues Herrenhaus zu schaffen, das 1591 erbaut wurde. Das Gebäude wurde zwischen 1615 und 1617 von seinem Sohn, Jørgen Skeel, erweitert, und ein landwirtschaftliches Gebäude wurde 1668 errichtet.
