Die Cantillana-Brücke, auch bekannt als Carlos V-Brücke, befindet sich in Badajoz, ist zweihundertzwanzig Meter lang und verfügt über siebzehn Bögen. Sie wurde auf Anordnung des Architekten Gaspar Méndez zwischen 1531 und 1535 in der Zeit des Kaisers Karl V. erbaut.
Es handelt sich um ein Ingenieurbauwerk, um den Lauf des Flusses Gévora, einem Nebenfluss des Guadiana, in der Nähe der Stadt Badajoz, entlang des alten Weges nach Cáceres, zu überwinden. Sie wurde bis Anfang der 1980er Jahre genutzt, befindet sich jedoch derzeit in einem sehr schlechten Erhaltungszustand.
