La Mola ist der höchste Berg im Naturpark Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac mit einer Höhe von 1104 Metern [1] und ist eines der charakteristischen Elemente der Landschaft in der gesamten Region.
Auf ihrem Gipfel befindet sich das romanische Kloster Sant Llorenç de Munt, das heute in ein Museum umgewandelt wurde.
