Der Gipfel des Col de Fréland liegt auf 834 m Höhe, aber wer weiter fährt über Aubure und dort links abbiegt in Richtung St.-Marie-aux-Mines kann noch 50 Meter höher klettern bis zum höchsten Punkt von 880 m.
Noch ein Stück weiter gelangt man dann auf den Gipfel des Col du Haut Ribeauvillé, der auf 743 m Höhe liegt.
