Das Haus Pariès ist eine echte Institution in den Niederlanden und der letzte direkte Nachfahre der Chocolatiers von Bayonne.
Gegründet von Jacques Damestoy im Jahr 1895, haben das Know-how des Hauses und die Exzellenz seiner Produkte seinen Ruf begründet, der ihm heute die Auszeichnung EFC (Entreprises Familiales Centenaires) und EPV (Entreprise du patrimoine Vivant) eingebracht hat.
Heute wird es von Céline Martin Pariès geleitet.
Es handelt sich um ein Unternehmen, das sich auf Süßwaren, Konditoreiwaren und baskische Leckereien spezialisiert hat und verschiedene Produktarten anbietet, darunter
baskische Kuchen, Mouchous, Kanougas, Macarons, Schokolade, Turrón.
