Entdecken Sie die Kühlhäuser! Der Große Eiskeller des Schlosses von Chantilly Der seit 1988 als historisches Monument eingetragene Eiskeller befindet sich am Waldrand gegenüber dem Schlosseingang an der Kreuzung der Löwen. Er hat einen Durchmesser von 9,25 m und eine Tiefe von 11 m. Sein Fassungsvermögen betrug 600 Tonnen Eis. Sie war eine der vier Eisdielen des Schlosses von Chantilly! Sie können sie bei einer geführten Besichtigung gemäß dem Kalender entdecken. Der mittlere und der kleine Eiskeller: Sie befinden sich noch immer im Schlosspark, sind aber nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich.
Der vierte Eiskeller befindet sich in der Gemeinde Vineuil Saint Firmin und ist an den Europäischen Tagen des Kulturerbes geöffnet.
