Intercity House ist ein 10-stöckiges Bürogebäude am Bahnhof Plymouth, dem Hauptbahnhof in Plymouth, Devon.
Die Arbeiten zum Wiederaufbau des Bahnhofs wurden in den 1930er Jahren von der Great Western Railway begonnen, aber aufgrund des Zweiten Weltkriegs verzögert. Die Arbeiten wurden 1956 von British Railways nach den Entwürfen der Architekten Howard Cavanagh und Ian Campbell im Rahmen des Wiederaufbaus nach dem Krieg wieder aufgenommen, der in einem Plan für Plymouth dargelegt wurde, den Sir Patrick Abercrombie auf Anfrage der Plymouth City Councillors vorlegte.
