Die Kirche Madonna dei Lumi befindet sich in San Gimignano am südlichen Ende der Via San Giovanni, in der Nähe der Porta San Giovann. Die Kirche wurde 1601 nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Francesco Panzini aus San Gimignano erbaut. Im Inneren ist es mit Stuck und monochromen Gemälden verziert, die 1794 von Pietro Scaliano gemalt wurden.
Weil es einen Teil der belebten Porta San Giovanni versperrte, wurde es 1922 teilweise abgerissen.
Aus dieser Kirche stammt ein Tafelgemälde aus dem 16. Jahrhundert von Sebastiano Mainardi, das die Madonna mit Kind und zwei Engeln darstellt und sich derzeit in der Städtischen Kunstgalerie befindet.
