Die Kirche der Flucht nach Ägypten ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche, die sich an der Valletta Waterfront in Floriana, Malta, befindet. Die Kirche wurde im 18. Jahrhundert nach dem barocken Entwurf von Andrea Belli für den spirituellen Dienst der Arbeiter der Pinto Stores erbaut. Die Kirche wurde 1941 während des Luftangriffs im Zweiten Weltkrieg getroffen und wurde 1989 restauriert, blieb jedoch ungeweiht. Sie wurde 2006 zusammen mit der Valletta Waterfront wieder für den Gottesdienst geöffnet. Der aktuelle Rektor ist Paul Attard.
