Die Doeshofmolen ist ein hölzernes achtkantiges Grundwasserwerk östlich von Leiderdorp. Die Mühle wurde 1830 zum Zwecke der Entwässerung des Haus ter Doespolders erbaut.
Die Mühle war in Betrieb, bis sie 1949 durch einen Sturm beschädigt wurde, wonach die Entwässerung des Polders von der nahegelegenen Achthovense Mühle übernommen wurde. 1960 wurde eine Abrissgenehmigung für diese kleine Mühle erteilt, aber 1963 wurde die Doeshofmolen von der Rijnländischen Molenstiftung gekauft, die die Mühle in einen betriebsfähigen Zustand versetzte. Es dauerte bis 2004, bis die Doeshofmolen wieder mahltauglich war.
