Ealahuizen ist ein kleines Dorf in der Gemeinde De Fryske Marren in der Provinz Friesland, Niederlande. Es liegt am Ufer des Fluessen und hatte 2017 etwa 345 Einwohner. Das Dorf wurde 1412 erstmals als Elahuysen erwähnt und bedeutet "Siedlung des Ele". Die ursprüngliche Siedlung wurde um 1700 im Fluessen überflutet, und nur eine Handvoll Bauernhöfe und Häuser auf dem Deich blieben erhalten.
