Diese Kirche wurde 1862 erbaut, der Architekt war J. van Mansfeld. Eine wichtige Erweiterung folgte 1924, als der alte Chor außer Betrieb genommen wurde und quer auf das alte Schiff ein neues Schiff im neugotischen Stil sowie ein Chor im expressionistischen Stil von Dom Bellot angebaut wurden.
Die Kirche wurde 1944 durch Kriegsgewalt schwer beschädigt, um anschließend wieder instand gesetzt zu werden. Der alte Chor wurde 1957 abgerissen. In der Kirche gibt es jetzt Platz für das Kirchenvorstand, eine Hausarztpraxis und ein Dorftreff.
