One of the oldest mills in Belgium. The history of the Reppelmolen dates back to 710. The mill previously included three mills: an oil mill, dismantled in 1914, and a bark mill, decommissioned in 1923. Only the grain mill has been preserved. The mill is first mentioned in a deed of gift from 856.
The mill forms an ensemble of detached components. In this way, the mill was already indicated on the Ferraris map (1771-77). This situation remained unchanged regarding the mill and the house; the service building was expanded and adapted to its current hotel function.
