Este café de 1886 es el café más antiguo de Bruselas, si tomas como referencia que ha estado abierto de manera ininterrumpida. El hermoso interior de estilo belle-époque se inclina hacia el art nouveau y sin duda vale la pena un desvío. Cuando sea hora de un aperitivo, haz como Jacques Brel, opta por un medio y medio: medio vaso de champán y medio vaso de vino blanco, la especialidad de la casa. Junto a la terraza de Cirio puedes ver el techo de cristal de las ruinas subterráneas, un remanente de un monasterio franciscano de 1238.
