Komen es una localidad en la provincia belga de Henao, y es una submunicipalidad del municipio de servicios Komen-Waasten desde 1977. Al igual que las otras submunicipalidades de la exclave Komen-Waasten, Komen perteneció hasta 1963 a la provincia flamenca de Flandes Occidental.
Al igual que Waasten, Komen se encuentra a lo largo del río Leie, cuyo antiguo lecho forma la frontera con Francia. Al otro lado del Leie se encuentra el municipio francés del mismo nombre, Komen.
