El Chefna es un afluente del Amblève. Nace en Ville-au-Bois y desemboca cerca de la Ferme de Quarreux.
En el pasado, se buscaba oro en las aguas del río. En la orilla derecha se encuentran las minas de una primitiva mina de oro del siglo XIX, pero hoy en día no queda mucho de eso. Alguna vez se encontró oro, pero fue una pequeña cantidad. La producción fue de 0,40 gramos de oro por tonelada de roca. Sin embargo, a finales del siglo XIX, un explotador se habría vuelto 'casi' millonario.
