Este es un restaurante italiano en el centro de Stavelot. El edificio está en el estilo Art Nouveau de principios del siglo XX y recuerda a un andén en una estación de tren. Encima hay 2 murales. En el primer piso también hay azulejos de la Maison Helman de Bruselas. Helman nació en Stavelot en 1863 y fue arquitecto allí.
La brasería también es una atracción durante el Lætare. El Lætare es una festividad tradicional que se celebra durante el festival de Laetare en el cuarto domingo de Cuaresma. Este festival, uno de los más populares en Valonia, también es conocido por sus protagonistas: los Blancs Moussis.
San Remacle nació alrededor del 600 y murió alrededor del 669 y fue un santo católico y ortodoxo, fundador de la abadía de Stavelot en 651 y primer abad de la abadía de Solignac.
