Desde 2021, la antigua fragua de Transfo alberga la sala de cervecería, con una sección de degustación. Bert Deprez y Tim Vandenberghe comenzaron a elaborar cerveza en el marco de un acto circense. Mientras tanto, el circo es un pasatiempo y la cervecería su profesión. "Actualmente elaboramos 10,000 litros al mes, lo cual no está mal", dice Tim. Hay tres cervezas fijas, algunas cervezas de temporada, pero también ocasionalmente un experimento sobre el que los clientes pueden opinar. También se está pensando en quienes quieren mantener las cosas tranquilas. "Una cerveza sin alcohol es para el futuro, pero nuestra Session IPA tiene un volumen de alcohol de solo el 4 por ciento. En realidad, está elaborada para nosotros. Como en ferias bebemos nuestras propias cervezas, buscamos algo que fuera un poco más ligero de digerir."
