La Villa Baare es una villa empresarial en Reiterweg 13 en el distrito Höntrop de Wattenscheid en Bochum. La adyacente calle Höntroper se llamó hasta la anexión en este tramo de la calle "Baarestraße". La villa fue construida en 1888 por la Asociación Bochum para la Fabricación de Acero Fundido para su director general Louis Baare, muy cerca de la mina Vereinigte Maria Anna Steinbank. Baare la amplió con un edificio de servicios y su hijo Fritz Baare en 1904 con una torre y anexos. La viuda de Fritz Baare vivió aquí hasta 1945, luego sirvió como casino para oficiales británicos, después la casa fue un sanatorio infantil. En 1974, la empresa vendió la villa a la ciudad de Wattenscheid. Hoy en día, una asociación opera aquí un jardín de infancia Waldorf.
