Los barracones de Napier, anteriormente conocidos como la Kaserne Richthofen, eran un cuartel del ejército británico en el terreno de la base aérea de Dortmund-Brackel, al noreste del centro de Dortmund.
Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, los británicos tomaron el cuartel originalmente llamado Kaserne Richthofen, que pertenecía a la Luftwaffe alemana y lo renombraron en honor al historiador militar irlandés William Francis Patrick Napier. El 36º Regimiento de Defensa Aérea Pesada de la Royal Artillery operaba aquí una unidad de misiles y el almacén de municiones especiales de Dortmund.
