El Weltersbach es un afluente de 8,4 km de longitud, orográficamente izquierdo de la Wupper en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania.
El Weltersbach nace al norte de Witzhelden a una altura de 214 m sobre el nivel del mar. Desde aquí, fluye principalmente hacia el oeste-suroeste. Pasa por las localidades de Krähwinkel, Unterbüscherhof y Weltersbach. En el tramo siguiente, el arroyo atraviesa el área natural protegida del valle de Weltersbach. Al norte de Junkersholz, desembocan a la derecha el arroyo Grünscheider y el Roderbach. En el extremo sureste de la localidad principal de Leichlingen, también desemboca a la derecha el Schmerbach. Un poco más de 1 km río abajo, el Weltersbach desemboca en la Wupper en el extremo sur de Leichlingen a 55 m sobre el nivel del mar.
