El Iterbach es un curso de agua natural que se une a la Inde por la izquierda en Kornelimünster, en la región metropolitana de Aachen.
El Iterbach nace en el Bosque del Este de los Duques, al sur de Raeren en Bélgica. En la piedra de frontera 927, cerca de la localidad de Sief, cruza la frontera hacia Alemania. Le fluyen el Periolbach, el Belvener Bach, el Vorfluter Brandenburg, el Vorfluter Schniders, el Reybach y el Orsbach. Tiene un carácter natural, aunque se ve afectado por la intensa agricultura circundante y las aguas residuales procedentes de Bélgica. El valle del mismo nombre está atravesado antes de Kornelimünster por el viaducto Itertal de la Vennbahn. Esta estructura de puente de piedra, construida en 1885, está protegida como monumento. Tras la clausura del ferrocarril, ahora la vía ciclista Vennbahn pasa por encima.
