La casa en Ehm-Welk-Straße 37 es un monumento arquitectónico en la ciudad de Lübbenau/Spreewald, en el distrito de Oberspreewald-Lausitz, en el sur del estado de Brandeburgo. Se considera el edificio más antiguo conservado de la ciudad.
El edificio se encuentra en el Altmarkt de Lübbenau, muy cerca de la iglesia de San Nicolás. Fue construido a finales del siglo XVII o principios del siglo XVIII y forma parte de una fila de casas. La casa está cubierta con un tejado a dos aguas. La bodega con bóveda de crucería de la casa se data incluso entre 1620 y 1650, lo que sugiere que hubo una construcción anterior en este lugar. La construcción de entramado de madera está datada en su pórtico con la inscripción "Anno 1713", por lo que se trata del edificio más antiguo conservado de la ciudad de Lübbenau.
