El Castillo de Carles o Castillo de Toscar es un edificio del municipio de Alfara de Carles. Consiste en importantes restos de muros sobre un cerro rocoso, en un contrafuerte del Montcaro o Caro, en el Parque Natural de los Ports. Está situado en la cima de un montículo en medio del valle del Toscà y rodeado de montañas de mayor altura. Solo quedan restos de muros y lienzos de las murallas, de mampostería sin lucir de poco grosor, con algún trozo de mampostería en forma de espiga. Presenta sillería en las esquinas. Es una obra declarada bien cultural de interés nacional.
