Venta de pizzas para llevar, caseras, de leña. Mi masa de pizza es casera de masa madre con maduración para obtener mejores sabores. Elaborado con harina ecológica local del Moulin du Courneau, al norte de Burdeos, en Laruscade, se extiende a mano para que sea muy aireado, suave y crujiente. La mayoría de mis materias primas son productos frescos. Algunos de ellos proceden de empresas locales como :
Pechuga de pato, foie gras, salmón ahumado: Maison Delpeyrat y Labeyrie.
Setas: Champiland en Herm.
Miel: Alain LABAT apicultor en Castets.
Títulos : AB Boucherie Saint-Paul-lès-Dax .
Espárragos (en temporada) : Copadax en Castets.
