Audrey cultiva plantas medicinales y aromáticas, flores comestibles y algunas verduras en la montaña, a casi 800 metros de altitud. Sus productos son 100% naturales, y los utilizados para elaborar algunos de sus productos son todos ecológicos (azúcar, sales, especias, etc.)
Las plantas recolectadas de forma silvestre se cosechan según las buenas prácticas de recolección, cogiendo sólo una mínima parte y en un biotopo libre de contaminación. Le champs des fées se compromete a ofrecerle productos de la mejor calidad, cultivados y recolectados a mano.
