El número 10 de Downing Street es la residencia oficial y oficina de trabajo del primer lord del Tesoro y del primer ministro del Reino Unido. La sede del Gobierno de Su Majestad está situada en Downing Street, en la Ciudad de Westminster en Londres, Inglaterra. En el edificio, entre otros altos cargos, también reside el Ratonero Jefe de la Oficina del Gabinete del Reino Unido.
El centro del Gobierno del Reino Unido es la casa y lugar de trabajo del primer ministro, con oficinas para secretarias, asistentes y consejeros. También contiene salas de conferencias y comedores donde el primer ministro se reúne con otros líderes y dignatarios extranjeros. El edificio está cerca del palacio de Westminster, que alberga el parlamento del Reino Unido, y del palacio de Buckingham, residencia de la reina Isabel II. En esta residencia también vive el gato Larry, Ratonero Jefe de la Oficina del Gabinete.
