Cookham Lock es una esclusa con compuertas situada en el río Támesis cerca de Cookham, Berkshire, a aproximadamente media milla aguas abajo del puente de Cookham. La esclusa se encuentra en un corte de esclusa que es uno de los cuatro arroyos aquí y está rodeada de bosques. Por un lado se encuentra la isla Sashes y por el otro la isla Mill, conectada a la isla Formosa, la más grande del Támesis no mareal.
Hay varias compuertas cercanas. La compuerta de Hedsor se colocó en el antiguo canal de navegación en 1837, siete años después de que se abriera la esclusa. Hay una compuerta inferior, y la compuerta de Odney se encuentra en el canal junto a la isla Formosa.
